Q: What is the size and type of capsule the supplements come in?
A: Our supplements vary in size; however, most are soft-gel capsules no longer than ¾ of an inch in length and the diameter of a pencil. Most are small and easy to swallow, and can be broken up and taken with food, if necessary. Our Maximum Memory Support supplement is a flat, oval tablet, a little over 1/2” in length.

Q: Are your products made in the US?
A: Yes, our products are manufactured at NSF or cGMP compliant manufacturing facilities here in the US and shipped from our temperature-controlled logistics warehouse here in Virginia.

Q: What kind of testing or quality control do you perform on your products?
A: All Green Valley Natural Solutions products must be manufactured at an NSF or cGMP certified facility. We perform assay testing to ensure potency on raw materials, FTNIR spectrometer testing for identity, and screen for pathogens and contaminants. We require a Certificate of Analysis on all finished products displaying test results for potency, purity, and identity. Each bottle is safety sealed and marked with either a manufacturing date and/or expiration date.

Q: Are your products non-GMO, organic, kosher, vegan, etc?
A: Our products contain no artificial flavors or preservatives, and we source non-GMO ingredients wherever possible. Moreover, all products are manufactured in facilities that have one or more of the following certification designations: NSF, cGMP, Certified Organic, Kosher, Halal. Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All Green Valley Natural Solutions products are guaranteed for 90 days, no questions asked. To request a refund, simply email us at customerservice@greenvalleynaturalsolutions.com or speak to one of our customer service agents at 800-893-1694. To be eligible for a refund, you must mail the bottle and unfinished product back to us – we’ll give you instructions on how to do this when you request your refund. Refunds are for the purchase price of the product only – we cannot issue refunds on shipping charges.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: Products sold on the Green Valley Natural Solutions web store can be shipped world-wide with certain exceptions. Should you have a question about shipping to your country please contact our customer service team at customerservice@greenvalleynaturalsolutions.com.
